Eggs muffins

ingredients:

• 2 slices cheddar
• Salt
• Pepper
• 4 slices of bacon
• 1 olive oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 muffins

method:

1.Oil small circles and place them in a hot pan. Drizzle with olive oil in the pan.

2.Break an egg into each circle. Salt and pepper. Cook over low-medium heat, cover with a lid.

3.With a sharp knife peel the eggs circles. Remove the circles and turn the eggs.4.Open your muffins in half. Put them in the pan (the bread to be in contact with the pan).5.When the muffins are toasted, remove from the pan.Place the breast slices in skillet.6.Place a slice of cheddar cheese on a muffin half, it will melt with heat. Add the egg and bacon. Close the muffin hat.
