herb butter (parsley and garlic)

ingredients:
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 25 g of parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 g of salt
  • Pepper
method:
 Cut butter into pieces and let soften 1 hour or 2 on the work surface at room temperature.
 Finely chop the parsley.

Peel and chop the garlic.
 Mash the butter with a fork. Add the herbs, garlic, salt and a little pepper.
 Lock the butter in plastic wrap and give it a sausage shape.
Allow to harden 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator
