Barbecue sauce, chicken skewers
ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 500 g of tomato
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 drops of tabasco
- Olive oil
Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Melt the onion in a pan with a little olive oil. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
Mix finely preparation. Serve this sauce as an accompaniment to chicken skewers.
