Express chocolate cream
ingredients:
- 160g of dark chocolate 60% cocoa
- 10 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 10 cl single cream
Start by chopping the chocolate
In a saucepan, heat the cream mixture / milk and bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Put on the chopped chocolate in the liquid mixture and mix.
Add eggs and blend again.
Put the mixture into jars and refrigerate at least 4 hours
